- Less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery: 50% refund available
- No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled start time: No refund available
These timeframes may be adjusted for custom or enterprise-level consultation services.

In lieu of a refund, we may offer alternative solutions such as:
- Rescheduling the consultation service
- Providing additional service time to address issues
- Offering service credits for future use
- Assigning a different consultant with expertise better suited to your needs
These alternatives may be proposed when they may better address your specific situation than a refund.
